Liz has a degree in hospitality management and has over 25 years of experience with wedding and event planning. Working at a private country club in Boston, to a fine dining restaurant in Colorado her love of food, wine and great service has continued to grow. Bringing balance to a busy stressful work schedule, Liz found yoga as a wonderful way to relax both body and mind. A snowboarding injury led her to find restorative yoga and there she also found a desire to teach this modality. It wasn't until the birth of her first child that she began to embark in her yoga teacher training journey. At this time she stepped away from the more then full-time job as a banquet sales & restaurant manager. Her base 200 hour training led to, 108 hours of restorative training, pre & post natal yoga, Kids yoga and yoga nidra. Her love of food, gardening and healthy living drew her to become a certified L.E.A.N. health coach through the Dr Sears Wellness institute. Her most recent certification as a block therapy instructor, she helps unlock the body from the layers of adhesions and misalignment working with the layer of fascia in the body. Her love of event planning and great knowledge of impeccable service she has help thousands of couples plan and execute stress free event.

200 hour yoga certified with an additional 108 hours of restorative yoga studies. Bliss bowls certified sound healer in 2020 & a block therapy instructor 2024. We will develop a routine to help lower stress, sleep better, help with digestion & calm the nervous system while freeing the body & mind from chronic tension.
